Since our beginnings in 1967 as a two-man operation to our current distinction as a Trane® Comfort Specialist, Mark Hill Heating & Air is committed to one principle above all: customers first.
This commitment to excellence in service led us to start the service company in 1982 so that we could better serve residents and business customers in the Tulsa area. Serving communities across the Tulsa metro, we specialize in installing industry-leading Trane® heating and air conditioning units, but can maintain and repair any brand of HVAC equipment.

As a Tulsa Native and Oklahoma State University graduate, Michael didn't start out as a company owner; he began in the trenches of the HVAC trade, learning the technical side of heating and air conditioning from the ground up. Through years of hands-on experience installing systems, diagnosing complex problems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable through Oklahoma's extreme summers and winters, he built a reputation for being dependable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
As Michael gained experience in the field, he also began to understand something else about the industry: many homeowners were frustrated with high-pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency, and companies that treated customers like numbers instead of neighbors. He believed there was a better way to run an HVAC company.
That belief eventually led Michael to take on a much bigger responsibility: becoming the owner of Mark Hill Heating & Air in January of 2026.
Taking ownership of the company meant more than just running the day-to-day operations. It meant building a team, setting the standards for customer service, investing in better training and equipment, and creating a company culture focused on integrity and reliability. Under Michael's leadership, the company has continued to grow while maintaining the same core values that customers expect: honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and fast, dependable service.
Today, Michael oversees a team of technicians serving homeowners throughout Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and the surrounding communities. From emergency repairs to full HVAC system installations, he remains actively involved, ensuring every job meets the high standards he expects from his company."
