Since our beginnings in 1967 as a two-man operation to our current distinction as a Trane® Comfort Specialist, Mark Hill Heating & Air is committed to one principle above all: customers first.
This commitment to excellence in service led us to start the service company in 1982 so that we could better serve residents and business customers in the Tulsa area. Serving communities across the Tulsa metro, we specialize in installing industry-leading Trane® heating and air conditioning units, but can maintain and repair any brand of HVAC equipment.
At Mark Hill Heating & Air, we offer trustworthiness, timeliness and top quality.
As a customer, you can count on:
Our longstanding history of quality service, as well as our dedication to offering upfront, complete estimates – before the work is done – show our commitment to honesty in our business. We will serve you until the work is complete – and you are satisfied.
From our designation as Trane® Comfort Specialists to each service we offer, you’ll benefit from regular maintenance plans, extensive warranties and other protections that will help guarantee top quality.
Our business is based on reputation. What that means is that we are committed to maintaining a longstanding, service-oriented relationship with you, and a job is considered “complete” only when you are completely satisfied.
We know our competitors can offer many similar services, and when you need those services, you need them fast. So we strive to diagnose the problem, provide a complete estimate upfront, and fix the problem as quickly and conveniently as possible.
"Great customer service requires a culture that allows employees, when confronted with a decision, the freedom to choose the solution that serves the customer best without concern for the cost to the company."
"Customer service is providing an exceptional experience worthy enough to earn loyalty. It means making Mark Hill Heating & Air the customer’s go-to company for all heating and air needs."
